인코딩, 머릿속에서 받아들인 정보를 처리, 새로운 정보 추가

Storage(=Storing)
Aligning the mental representation to other schemas

정보가 뇌에 들어온 후 저장됨

Retrieval (recall) 
Assessing the knowledge contained in the mental schema

해당 정보나 행동을 불러옴(recall함)

사람들은 길을 찾을때 새로운 길보다는 알던 길로 가는 것을 선호한다.

새로운 정보 입력보다는 recall을 선호하는 것.

recall은 관련 기억이 있을때 더 쉽게 접근됨
