I've had my Xbox Series S for a month now!
I'm getting used to the controller and the controls.
Then, I found out about Xbox Design Lab.
Xbox Design Lab is a feature that allows you to design and customise your own controller!
When I say controller, I mean yo 🎮!
This means you can design this controller any way you want 👍.
The Xbox Series S controller comes in a nice, clean white colour, but you might want to colour it to match the games you play. You may also want to have a controller that is unique to you!
That's why we have Design Lab, a customisation feature that allows you to make your controller 100% personalised!
I want a specially themed controller!

Xbox's wireless controllers can be purchased in specially themed (and limited edition) versions.
These are just a few captures, but you can see the unique designs for themes like Halo Infinite, Starfield, and more.

I tried my own design!
I wanted to explore & make different designs, so I started with the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2!
Ori and the Will of the Wisps concept
(feel like it's just black+purple concept)
This is how I tried to design it.
The main colour is black, but I wanted to give it white and a touch of purple.
I was inspired by the poster for Ori and the Will of the Wisps from the Ori series, which I recommended in a previous post.
It's not super fancy, but it does have some splashes of colour...? so it's fine.
What makes the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 different from other wireless controllers is that the gripping part is always fixed with black rubber.
Therefore, if the background colour is bright, it seems to be necessary to see if it goes well with the black rubber, so take note!
So I also wanted to give the Ori a dusky feeling, but after thinking about changing the colour,
I ended up fixing it with the default black.
Valorant Sage Concept;
Added a metallic material reminiscent of Sage's healing orb!
The controller type for this design is the Xbox Wireless Controller.
The next design I tried was inspired by the Sage of Valorant. (In celebration of linking Game Pass to my Riot account!)
It's a combination of Robot White + Glacier Blue (metallic), and I tried to add as much metallic as possible to give the sage a healing orb vibe!
It's simple, but I like that the main colours are clearly shown.
For this design, I picked an agent(Sage) to try out the engraving feature.
If you look under the directional pad at the bottom, you can see the word "Sage" engraved!
You can laser engrave up to 16 characters like this ✔.

Controller that I just love;
Controller by pink lover
The design is also the same model as my controller, the Xbox Wireless Controller.

I covered it in pink (proudly)
This kinda vibe!
What a change from the white (or black) colour!

The joystick is a soft pink, not the same pink.
and the triggers on the back are metallic.

It came out like this.
Changing the colour from the base model does not cost anything extra.
Therefore, the base price is 73800won.
In my case, I made the back of the trigger metallic like this.
This adds an extra 4800won
so,
TOTAL 78600won
Note that there is no shipping cost for the controller 👍.
These designs can be saved as drafts/final and made available for sharing.
